Questions, answered
What counts as a document request?
Each request you create for a client counts once, however many documents it asks for and however many files the client uploads. Duplicating a request creates a new one.
What counts as a signature envelope?
Each signature request you create counts once, even if it includes several PDFs and many fields. Reminders don’t count.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
An upgrade applies immediately. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade, or a switch between monthly and yearly, takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens to my remaining trial days if I subscribe early?
They’re added to your first paid period, so you never lose trial time.
What if a payment fails?
We retry over the following days and let you know. Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that, the workspace becomes read-only until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted.
Will my price change?
These are introductory prices. If we change them, your current subscription keeps its price, and we’ll tell you at least 30 days before any change applies to you.
